Bio:Nicole is a partner with the law firm FCL LLP, which is a specialty insurance litigation boutique in Toronto, Canada.
Nicole’s practice focuses on employment litigation, professional liability, directors’ and officers’ liability, and human rights claims. She has represented a large variety of professionals and corporations in complex litigation matters. Nicole has represented clients at all levels of court in Ontario, the Human Rights Tribunal, Labour Relations Board, and various professional regulatory bodies.
Nicole served as the National Chair for PLUS Canada from 2021 – 2023. She received PLUS’s emerging leader award in 2022 and continues to be active in her local Toronto chapter, planning Women’s Leadership Network events.
Nicole obtained her J.D. from the University of Manitoba and a Bachelor of Arts from McMaster University with a major in English Literature. She graduated with honours.
