Bio:Keith Gutstein is Co-Managing Partner of Kaufman Dolowich’s Long Island office and Chair of the firmwide Labor & Employment Law Practice Group. He also heads the Labor & Employment Group of the Long Island office. He has more than two decades of experience practicing labor and employment law on behalf of management and is a sought-after expert on these matters. He regularly counsels clients on many day-to-day workplace issues including employment discrimination and sexual harassment matters, as well as helps them comply with various workplace regulations and employment statutes.
